Choreography of literary whispers with participation of Warsaw residents
A performance/installation in which the artists invite viewers to experience a ?whispered choreography?, exploring the boundary between the spectator and the work.
Audience is initially confronted with a disturbing image: although seemingly there is nothing happening, within this emptiness lies an invitation to proximity and action. Viewers are getting closer to each other, entering the intimate space of the performers’ and their own bodies, sharing an inner world.
This intimate world is filled with the whispered words of contemporary authors from Argentina, Ukraine and Poland. The renowned director Rodrigo García is all about the criticism of consumer society, existential uncertainty and the contemporary precarious condition of the individual while choreographers and writers Rafal Dziemidok and Anton Ovchinnikov bring current geopolitical realities to the stage.
