(born 1965) ? a dancer, choreographer, lecturer on improvisation, and improvisation as performance and Somatic Movement Educator following the philosophy of Body Mind Centering. She is fascinated by the infinity of the universe, beauty of nature, abundance of the every day, body awareness, anatomy, and psychology. She develops the language of the movement supporting horizontal and vertical communication, daily existence with spirituality. Olszowska collaborates with a musician Marcin Janus and dancers including Paweł Konior, Anna Haracz, and Magda Przybysz. She has gained experience in, among others, dance centers in New York and schools of Washington, Alabama, and Calgary. She ran the Experimental Studio Dance EST, and taught at, among others, the National Academy of Theatre Arts in Krakow and Warsaw Dance Academy. In 2015 she made a presentation at TEDx. She teaches at Hurtownia Ruchu in Krakow and the Music Academy in Łódź. Her social and artistic project “TransFormBeeing” of 2020 was her first premiere for C/U Festival although she was one of the performes of the first edition of Ciało/Umysł Festival, back in 1995! She performed at C/U in 2021, too.
