In this self-deprecating quartet, the Italian prophet of the liberated body fearlessly challenges the stereotypical canons of beauty, all with a blend of humor and poetry. “Graces” takes its inspiration from Antonio Canova’s sculpture “Three Graces,” which depicts the daughters of Zeus. However, in this performance, they are replaced by three Adonis dancers, accompanied by Silvia herself, who elevates imperfection to the rank of art through her comic style. With a light-hearted and distant perspective, and a deeply empathetic approach, Silvia warmly invites the audience to join in the performance.
