Sarah Vanhee

(born in 1980) – an artist, performer and author of texts. Her interdisciplinary works travel in between civil space and institutional art field. She has worked in open fields, prisons, private living rooms, theatres, in corporate meeting rooms. Recent works include, among others: undercurrents (intervention), collected screams (lecture-performance),  The Making of Justice (film), The C-Project (artist novel and work in public space). Her works have been presented all over the world, e.g. at Wiener Festwochen (Vienna),  Museo Reina Sofia (Madrid), Jihlavava IDFF, iDans (Istanbul). She is founding member of Manyone collective, a doctoral student at the Antwerp School of Arts where she carries out her research project titled “Bodies of knowledge – the public space as a forum for the exchange of repressed or underexposed knowledge.”
